Bravo Greater Des Moines, in collaboration with ICON Water Trails, offers financial support for public art projects that are on or adjacent to creeks and rivers or within applicable parks included in the Greater Des Moines Water Trails and Greenways Master Plan.  Funding is for new public art projects that generate more artistic and cultural expression in Greater Des Moines and enhance the community’s ability to safely interact, enjoy or promote ICON water trail sites, access points, creeks and rivers.  

The 2026 Bravo/ICON Water Trails Public Art Grant application will open August 18, 2025.
